Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

Million Dollar Spaghetti is a spaghetti casserole with layers of noodles, cheese, and homemade meat sauce. It’s budget friendly, easy to make, and a meal the whole family will love.
In a large skillet cook and crumble the ground beef and Italian sausage and season with salt and pepper. Remove most of the grease. Add onions and garlic and cook for a few minutes until onion is translucent. Add all but ½ cup marinara sauce (reserve for later), to the mixture and stir to combine. Set aside.

 

Ingredients :

°5 eggs

°250g raw spaghetti

°100g grated processed cheese (or raclette, tartiflette)

°100 g smoked pork tenderloin

°2 tbsp fresh cream

°oil

Methode of preparation

Heat your oven to 180°.

Cook the spaghetti as indicated on the package. Drain them and run them under cold water. Let drain well.

Beat the eggs into an omelette, add the fresh cream, and beat again. Add the spaghetti, half the grated cheese and the smoked pork tenderloin cut into small pieces. Salt.

Lightly oil small baking pans or silicone muffin pans.

Place a layer of spaghetti, two slices of smoked filet mignon, a little grated cheese. Cover with a layer of spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
