Ingredients:

1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Distilled White Vinegar

3 cucumbers- peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
3 Tomatoes- cut into wedges
1 Onion- sliced and separated into rings

Make your Salad

First wash your vegetables and dry them completely. Take a wooden board and start chopping onions, cucumber, and tomato. You can either dice them or chop everything large. It’s up to your preference. Many people don prefer to eat cucumbers with skin, so if you are one of them you may peel off the skin using a vegetable peeler. Add all chopped vegetables in a large bowl and toss them using a spoon.
